Show The Peach Market. Never before has there been such a demand for Utah dried fruit as there is this season. Car loads are being exported every day to the East and West, more especially the East, and yet the warehouses are being continually con-tinually replenished. All our dealers want the fruit, and have a market ready for "its sale. Greengages are not, even now, with the pentiful crop, in a eupply equal to the demand, de-mand, but our dried peaches can be exported to any extent. We may espect, also, that the demand will increase aa the quality of our fruit become3 more widely kcown. "We cannot raise and dry our apples with any prospect of getting ahead of our neighbors in this commodity, but our peaches Btand in the front rank . 1 Orchardists should replace their old trees by young ones, and plant additional ad-ditional forests of them.
