To (he Honorable Legislative Asutmbly o'the Territory oj Ctah, Grcclimj: Wo, your petitioners, respectfully represent that there is no law, within with-in our knowledge, that defines either how, when or where to commence political representation, and, const-quently, const-quently, we, as individuals, and the people" as communities, find ourselves at each recurring election, uupre-u uupre-u ir-id and unable to make necessary govermental nominations on the basis of individual representation.
