Two boat3 from the propeller "Lao La Belle," which foundered foun-dered in Lake Michigan, yesterday morning, landed at Racine last night, one containing twelve persons the other seven. This, with lour in the captain's cap-tain's boat, a very small skiff which reached Kenosha last night, makes twenty-three in ail known to bo saved.
