(By W. U. Telegraph.) UORSB MEN. New York, 2. Tho Trainers and Drivers association has unanimously j adopted a resolution requiring a'l members mem-bers to abide by the rules on and after May 3d. These are that no driver in the association shall drive or enter a horso on any track governed by the rules of tho national association. Among tho drivers and trainers who voted wore McMann, Mace, Doble, Roden, Parfer and Lovott. The na tiooal association had previously refused re-fused a conference to consider rules beneficial to all concerned.
