Show Concert at Tooele, At Tooele city, on Monday night, a concert was I given under the joint snperintence of Miss Clara Hill and professor Croft, teachers of music at that place, assisted as-sisted by their pupils. Tho performance perform-ance of the different pieces of music would havo done credit to any place and showed conclusively that Miss H. and professor C. are well qualified to impart instructions in both vocal and instrumental music. The duets given by the professor and Miss C. Hill were admirably rendered, as waa also the duet of Miss Clara and Ida Hill. Ihe Misses Rowberry and Bowen acquitted themselves in the songs they sang in a most satisfactory manner. Master Green waa very happy in his aong, as was Mr. Haines in hia comio song and his rendition of "Woman's rights" his dressing was just the thing and very-characteristic In fact the whole affair was a grand suoccss, and wo would advise the citizens of the pleasant pleas-ant little town of Tooele to make much of so pretty and talented an artiste as Miss Clara Hill.for nothing so elevates the tasto of a oommunity a3 the "concord "con-cord of sweet sounds." |
