Kelly is elected by L'oU majority. The Tub. district is doubtful, both claiming the election. Chicago, II. Returns from the elections to-day are meagre. In Ohio there appears to be considerable Republican Re-publican gains. In Indiana thero are alternate Tosses and gains for both parties par-ties in a number of towns and precincts ri'ported. A reduction reduc-tion in the Democratic majority is reported re-ported in several counties, with small, Democratic gains in the central portion of the State.
