Show TO BE CREMATED Arrnmsreuierits Made For the Dispo nition of Kate Fields Remains CHICAGO Sept 5 Before Kate Field left for Hawaii she advised Mr H H Kohlsaat editor o the Times Herald that she had provided in her will for the disposition of her remains I in the event of death Diligent search failed to discover this will until Fri day last Meanwhile the body has been lying in a vault at Hawaii It appears from this will that Miss Field directed that her body be cremated and that her ashes together with a plain gold I ring worn by her 0 placed in an urn and deposited above the coffins o her father and mother in Mount Auburn cemetery at Cambridge Mass Mr Kohlsaat h undertaken the immediate I immedi-ate execution o these instructions and today wrote t Consul General Mills at Honolulu making provision for the expense and directing that the cremation shall take place there i i practicable but that I not the remains shall b forwarded by next steamer via Sa Francisco and overland to Boston Bos-ton where the desired disposition of the will be made |
