And whereas at the same time said Hyde assigned and delivered to said Lawler three hundred shares of the capital cap-ital stock of the BullionBeck Champion Cham-pion Mining Company as collateral security secur-ity for the payment of said note with ul power upon default in the payment pay-ment of Said note or the interest i in-terest thereon when the same became due and payable upon ten days notice thereof in some newspaper printed in the City of Salt Lake to sell said stock at the bonking house of Wels Fargo ro in the City of Salt Lake and then territory now state of Utah at public auction to the highest bidder for cash in hand to pay said note and any interest that might be due thereon at which sale said Lawler or his assigns may became the purchaser of said stock And whereas said promissory note is lone past due and demand for payment of the same since the same became due together with the interest thereon has nftfimcs been made of said Beck and said Hyde who have not
