HAD AOTHIXG TO SAY I Frank J Cannon Iso Kept His Own Counsel Hon Frank J Cannon one of the three members of the executive committee com-mittee of The Utah company returned from the east yesterday morning and went on up to Ogden without delay He will come down from the north this morning and the board of directors di-rectors of the company will more than likely hold a meeting this afternoon Mr Cannon emulated the example set by the other two gentlemen who were in New York with him and had nothing noth-ing to say regarding the outcome of the negotiations for financial as stan st-an e He contented himself with tho statement that the outlook for the company was very bright Operations on the plant of the Pioneer Power company com-pany in Ogden canyon are to be pushed push-ed as rapidly as possible
