Show L WHO GRAPHIC STONE QUARRIES They Are to Be Developed By a New Company A company has been organized for the purpose of developing the lithographic litho-graphic stone deposits in Spanish Fork canyon and active operations are to commence at once Articles of incorporation incor-poration have been filed at Provo under un-der the name of the United States Lithographic Lith-ographic Stone company As set out in these articles the object ob-ject and business of the company are the owning operating of quarries ledges and deposits of lithographic stone quarrying dressing and preparing prepar-ing said stone and selling the same upon up-on the market in the United States and foreign countries the mining working buying and selling of any other valuable stone substance mineral min-eral or merchandise etc The general office of the corporation it at Tusker postoflice Clear Creek station sta-tion Utah county Utah and a branch office is to be maintained in Topeka ECan or at such other place as the board of directors may determine The capital stock is 500000 divided into shares of 100 each The following officers are named H K Rowley president R 11 Gage vice president W J Black second vice president Frank G Willard treasurer J C Clark secretary These officers with W N Hall W B Jansen Frank Baker Jason L Clark and E B Sanford San-ford constitute the board of directors |
