MORE LITIGATION New Suits Commflncecl in The Third District Court MRS MOSELEY WANTS A DIVORSE Seven Fourth Precinct Hobos Bring Action Against the Democratic and Republican Republ-ican Judges Title to Real Estate Elizabeth Moseley wants a divorce and if what she states is the truth she ought to have it She filed her complaint in the Third district dis-trict court yesterday and it alleges that she was married to Charles J Moseley at Cedar City Iron county on February 20 1880 and since then four children have been born to her that since her marriage and while living at Harrisburg the defendant fondant treated her in a cruel and inhuman manner frequently striking her and mocking her down She further alleges that for more than a year past ho has failed to provide her with the common necessaries of life although ha has been abundantly able to do so and she has thus been forced to live upon the charity of her friends She asks for an absolute decree of divorce for the custody of her children aud for alimony ali-mony Judge Lochrlo is the plaintiffs attorney
