THE ST PATRICKS BALL f This afternoon at 2 oclock tho Irish Americans will hold a meeting at Temple of I Honor hall over the Deseret National bank Matters of vital importance to the organization will come up for discussion and every member and sympathizer is invited to attend The ball and banquet on Monday evening promises a most flattering success The officers of Fort Douglas arc going to be present in full uniform and there will be other attractions of which the public will be duly notified Gen P E Connor andJudxe Povreis solicit all the offlears of the Liberal club to cooperate in lending aid to make the ball one of the events of the season and that the banners of the various organizations will be sent to the Salt Lake theatre early on Monday morning at which place the decorator will take charge of them The Liberal drum corps have volunteered to play melodious Strains on Monday Mon-day evening which will add eclat to the event Director Olson has been preparing an unique feast for the participants of the ball by way of special music far the grand march and the public ma be assured that a feast is in store for them in the musical line The patrons of tho ball who have tickets with coupons attached at-tached can send their names and addresses to Grant Bros company designating the time when they want to be driven to the theatre
