Lincoln avenue until that and Wall avenue have been graded Referred to committee on streets F C Priestley M N Shilling and H W Smith represented that they were desirous of putting Into operation tin electric light plant of the low tension system under the Edison pat jtnt They desired to commence work Immediately so as to be able to furnish light to alarge portion of the city within the coming six represented that certain lots in Nob Hill addition were depressed and formed a natural reservoir They asked that the streets running through this land be vacated to be used for a reservoir On motion
