PREST A M CANNON I I Again Arrested on the Charge of OfJ Unlawful Cohabitation I EXAMINATION SET FOR MONDAY Edward Crowther Arrested for Unlawful Cohabitation Held for Aduller The Other Courts l Deputy Marshal Vandercook called at the csidcnce ofIlecorder Cannon yesterday morning And arrested President Angus M Cannon on the charge or unlawful cohabitation and Mrs Amanda Cannon George M Cannon and wife and Angus M Cannon jr were subpoenaed as witnesses Mr Cannon was taken before Commissioner Grcenman when the complaint charging him with having lived from January 118S3 to March 12 16V 0 with Amanda Cannon Clara Cannon and Mattie P Hughes as his wives was rend and to these the defendant entered a plea of not guilty Mr McKay said he understood that Mattie P Hughes who was wanted as a witness had not been found and ho asked lor a continuance until un-til Monday at 2 p m President Cannon asked that the case be disposed dis-posed of at once He suggested that he had bad a good deal of this kind of experience and J didnt wish the case continued from day to day He would be in the city all the time and would give his word that he would be on hand whenever when-ever he Wa wanted Commissioner Greenman set the hearing for Monday at 2pm and the defendant wus re teased upon giving a bond in the sum of 1500
