Coming Again tho people of Ogden have hopes of securing electric railways A change came about in the case of the Ogden City rail way in the First district court yesterday when Judge Miner ordered that the road be turned over to the former trustees the Jarvis Conklin Mortgage Trust company l are conversant with the history of the case that has been tried with all its V lechicaiuius in the courts during the last SIX months For the last eighteen days the road has been in the hands of a receiver and during that time the actual running expenses of the road increased its indebtedness indebted-ness 81000 During the time the receiver had the road in his hands no improvements could he made he was obliged to act under the orders of the court and the consequences conse-quences were wires that were
