Show A 0 F of A The Salt Lake court of this most ancient secret fraternity gave its seventh annual call last night at the G A R hall The order is one of the strongest in the land and has for its objects liberty unity benevolence be-nevolence and concord One of the principal prin-cipal features is that of social enjoyment and good fellowship and in no way is this better promoted than In these annual celebrations cele-brations The court here has an active membership cf about fifty and new additions addi-tions are being made at each meeting The entertainment last evening was purely a social affair The refreshments I vere of a light character and served under I the efficient management of G Arhmour W W Evans G S Raddon E Bauman I I and A Baazette The reception committee com-mittee consisted of J A Clark W H Wood and J Waterfall Dancing was begun at about 9 oclock the music being furnished by Cliffs band The floor committeo consisted of Dr Hanchett C Carter A Uvedale J F Miles who saw to the carrying out of a programme of eighteen well arranged pieces and several extras Fully one hundred hun-dred couples were present and the hour was late when the party broke up |
