OCR Text	Show In Uncle Sams Clutches Dr Thrailskill was arrested yesterday on complaint of the postal inspectors for using the United States mails for the purpose pur-pose of fraud Thraiiskillhas been in Ogden Jcr some time and has been working a fraudulent insurance scheme upon several innocent victims But he made his stay a little too long and as a consequence he was taken in by the keenness of the inspectors He was taken before the court and bound over in the sum or 500 At this writing he is unable to secure bonds and languishes in custody of the officers
