now been republished appearing in bookform While they are ably written they are chieOy interesting from the fact that the authors name is withheld more attention atten-tion being given by the readers to an endeavor to discover who wrote them than care for what he wrote Who is Siva is of greater importance than is what Siva wrote The Century For special reasons in the May Century more space than
