Show CAP Tome's (Siaarea Recently Civil Air Patrol Cadets from the Bountiful Composite squadron toured the facilities of their sponsor, the Utah Air National Guard. CADETS were shown an aircraft used for in-flight refueling, the KC 97, a plane ' similar to the B-29. Cadets also toured the survivaland parachute shop and the communication com-munication facilities responsible respon-sible for control of the Wen-dover Wen-dover bombing range. Cadets this month also toured a 16-inch relfector telescope at the Salt Lake Astronomical As-tronomical Society's observatory observa-tory in Stansbury Park near Tooele. Cadets viewed open and closed star clusters and some well-known galaxies. CIVIL Air Patrol is a nonprofit non-profit all volunteer auxiliary of the United States Air Force and has both a senior and cadet program.
