" j In 1 980 it see rhed there were i new people moving into -Wester-Bountiful each day. Many said goodbye after short acquaint ances, some stayed in the same homes but were divided from their neighbors by ward divisions divi-sions and were s e I d o nr seen. During the year there were moments of disappointment and discouragement, yet we pressed on and learned some of life's important lessons. We grew in 1980 and so we will grow in 198 1 , of this we can be certain. Joe Virgin, Joyce Ann Virgin Vir-gin and their children came to visit during the holiday season with the Albert Merrells. They like to come from Las Vegas to visit with relatives. The holiday season is al- I ways special to the Harold see Hugoe family. On Christmas Eve (LaRue's family) all get . together to have fun. This0 year, Harold and LaRue, P'e escorted some of the members the of their mission field to the Sal) e ( Lake Temple and to other im jnt portant spots.. The two families together make a house whichis overflowing. P' The Bud Stringhams en- joyed Christmas dinner with m their daughter LaVonne and her husband Dennis and their Ju' children at their new home.
