Show The Elias Millers spent Halloween Saturday attending attend-ing the BYU football game at Provo, with Elias' brother Rollo. They had a birthday party and a dinner and just a good time generally. Joyce is happy that her sister. Colleen Walton and family have returned re-turned from Spain and are now living in Ogden. Congratulations to Jozet Miller in having been elected to serve as vice president of the wventh grade at Center-ville Center-ville Jr. Also congratulations to Kristy Miller. She is .a member of the school's Madrigals. Lenah Casper was happy to have a visit from her daughter and husband, Emma Em-ma and Ernest Nygren of Dillon, Mont. The last two weekends she has been the guest of her son Willard and wife Donna and family of Midvale. Before Lenah left town last Saturday she called in all of her neighboring children to treat them for Halloween. Grant and Pam Derbidge enjoyed attending, a famijy .; dinner at the home of Pam's dad, Jack Ruff, of Salt Lake City. Sunday night was the evening for the autumn party. The Stan Dangerfields have been playing hosts to their son Grant and wife Enola and family, from Dillion, Colo, who are moving into a home in Kaysville. They have been staying with the Utah Dangerfields Dan-gerfields while their home is getting ready. Myrveldean and Stan have been helping them to get things ready. Janet Danger-.field Danger-.field is now a proud aunt of a new nephew, who was born to her sister. Her mother is coming back to assist with the new one. The John DeWaals traveled to the Spring City area to hunt deer with the Mel Salmons. On Sunday they attended church with their former West Bountiful friends. Esther and Irv. Layton were delighted to have a surprise visit from their nephew Orson Clay, of Galveston, Tex. Orson is the son of the George Clays. The Primary officers and teachers of the West Bountiful Second Ward enjoyed attending attend-ing their monthly inservice meeting at the Eldredge House. Hostesses for the evening were Roann Parkinson, Parkin-son, Rosemary Musig and Ann Peterson. The Stake Beehive Standard Stan-dard Night was held Wednesday Wednes-day night and there were many things for which to give thanks in connection with the event. Jozet Miller and teacher, Sis Beagley, were in charge. Girls from all of the wards of the stake participated. Scene for the night was the West Bountiful Second and Third Ward Chapel. The West Bountiful Second Ward has obtained tickets to , , the . . Promised h. Valley; ; Playhouse production of "A i Christmas Carol." This will be the ward Christmas party and will be on Dec. 7. Children's tickets will be $1 and adults $2. All ward 1 members are cordially invited invit-ed to attend this musical treat ; as a ward. The Relief Society women of the West Bountiful Second Ward are reminded that their Christmas social will be held at the Lion House on Dec. 20. Luncheon will be served and a special program will be presented by Sherrie Johnson and Company. Cost for the occasion will be $4 for members of the ward and $5 for guests. Please make payments to Mrs. Dan Mitchell by December 16. |
