Show Miss Glenda Morris and Phillip C. Reid Marry Today In Temple Married this (Thursday) at noon, in the St. George Temple were Miss Glenda Morris, of Kanab, and Phillip C. Reid, formerly of St. George and now of Berkeley, Calif. Pres. Harold S. Snow performed per-formed the ceremony in the pres-I pres-I ence of a large group of relatives and friends of both families. The bride is a daugher of Mr.. and Mrs. Elgin H. Morris of Kanab, and since graduating from the lower division of Dixie junior college has been an employee of the Moderne- Beauty Salon, and recently of O. P. Skaggs in Cedar City. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Lu. Reid of this city. He is also a graduate of the lower division of Dixie, and is at present pres-ent as master welder at the ship :MfelfclKjKl!K!Iirjffif51MKff&lira yards near Berkeley. Following the marriage core, mony, the couple were honored with an informal wedding dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs j Clinton Snow, uncle and aunt of the bride, with members of both families and a few intimate friend-attending. friend-attending. Immediately after the dinner the bride and groom left for a short honeymoon in Salt La City before going on .to Berkeley where they will make their honie for the present. |
