Show FORMER RESIDENT DIESJT OGDEN Mrs. Emma M. Forslia Passed Away Friday Following Long Illnos. Mrs. Emma Macfarlane For-sha, For-sha, 52, wife of David R. For-sha, For-sha, died Friday at the family home in Ogden, following a long illness from Bright's disease and complications. She was taken ill early last spring while on a visit here, and since that time has been in a delicate condition. Mrs. Forslia was born November Novem-ber 20, 1S79, in St. George, a daughter of John M. and Elizabeth Eliza-beth Adams Macfarlane. All of her early life was spent in this community where she was prominent prom-inent in church and civic affairs. af-fairs. She was a school teacher at Santa Clara and at the Woodward Wood-ward for several years, a teacher teach-er in all of the church auxiliary auxil-iary organizations, tabernacle organist or-ganist for a number of years and a member of the choir. At the time of her death she was second sec-ond counselor for the Ogden stake Relief Society. On September 2G, 190C, she was married to David Forslia, whose first wife had died a year previous. She was a mother to two of his daughters, as well as rearing a family of her own. Surviving are her hut-ban.! three stepdaughters, Mrs. M;:'y Andrtis.
