Show COUNTY CONVENTION. A People's Convention for Cache county is hereby called to meet in the Tabernacle basement on Saturday, the 30th day of Sept., 1882, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of appointing six delegates to represent Cache county in the People's Territorial Convention, called to meet in Salt Lake city on the 9th day of Oct. next, to nominate a candidate for Delegate from Utah to the Forty-eighth Congress. Said County Convention will consist of 54 delegates, allotted to the several precincts, to-wit: Logan-1st Precinct. 4 Logan 2d Precinct. 2 Logan 3d Precinct 2 Logan 4th Precinct. 3 Logan 5th Precinct. 3 Hyde Park Precinct. 2 Smithfield Precinct. 5 Richmond Precinct. 5 Lewiston Precinct. 2 Trenton Precinct. 1 Clarkston Precinct. 2 Newton Precinct. 1 Benson Precinct. 1 Mendon Precinct. 3 Wellsville Precinct. 3 Paradise Precinct. 2 Hyrum Precinct. 5 Millville Precinct. 3 Providence Precinct. 3 [total] 54. It is suggested that primary meetings for the election of delegates to the County Convention, be held in the several precincts of the county at the usual place of holding elections therein, on Monday, September 25th, 1882, at 7 p.m. Delegates should receive credentials properly authenticated by the chairman and secretary of the meeting electing them.
