Show THE GATEWAY CLUB The Gateway Club held its regular re-gular monthly meeting at the Hotel Duchesne, Thursday night, and several matters were discussed discuss-ed among them was the Moon Moon Lake Project, and the keeping keep-ing open of the road detween this town and Mt Home this winter, and several other matters wer discussed. dis-cussed. Two new members were enrolled, Mr. L. D. Young and C. T. Axelguard, and Mr. Young gave a very interesting talk. . Election of officers was held and were as follows, Wm, H. Fitzwater, president, pres-ident, B. W. O'Toole Vice Pres., and Homer Liddell as Secretary-Treasurer. Secretary-Treasurer. Every business and professional man in town should be amember of this important Club. And help to make this town the coming town of the Uintah Basin as we have the most ideal center in the basin, and if we will all get together, work together in one unit we can accomplish good results. The next meeting will be held at the New Palace Cafe, December Dec-ember 21, 1933, and if you want to become a member of the Gateway Club just bring your 50c and come on that is all it will cost you just for your meal, and when you get therewe will explain the rest.- ' - |
