Show IT. OPS Mr. F. Earl Case and Zella Rust, who are employed at Duchesne on the relief worlc spent the weekend week-end at their homes. The employment which is being done by the road work here la be Ing eagerly accepted. Several men have received pay checks and many more are greatly in need of same. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Miles, Mr. and Mrs. Rawlins Thacker and Mr. and Mrs. Volney Boswell at tended the social at Altonah for Mr. Will Snyder, who has now left on a six months Mission. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Thacker assisted in furnishing the dance music. Misses Laura, and Katie Evans, "and Misses La von and Zella Rust were the guests of Miss Lucy Snyder Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Case had as guests at a radio party Sunday, Miss Lavon Rust, Laura Evans, Arthur Case and Delbert Hardman Several friends of Guy Rust sur prised him Friday evening at a delightful party at his home. Those present were: Inez Miles, Barbara Atwood, Lela Perkins, Arda and Cloe Powell, Florence Babcock, Bruce Brown, Jim. Thacker, Thac-ker, Cortney Daniels, Keith Case, Le Lamar Holder, Evan Boswell, Oral and Earl Thacker, Hardy Perkins, Bee Monro and Denzel Lister. Delicious refreshments were served. o Mr. and Mrs. Vera Case and Mr. and Mrs. James Lister are employed employ-ed at the Harman Saw Mill, the ladies are cooking. Mr. Hardy Chapman is also employed there. The regular Relief Society meeting meet-ing will not be held Tuesday as a Bazaar, dance and hot supper will be served Wednesday evening to which everyone is invited for a good time. The admission will be twenty-five cents per couple. The supper is free. o The little three act drama which was presented by the Ioka Players Play-ers here Friday evening was greatly great-ly enjoyed by a large audience. |
