Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application . has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M a-9912 (05-1380) DMA International In-ternational Inc., Box 537, Moab, Mo-ab, UT. proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 7.266 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. No. 38889-a 43. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 339 ft. deep, at a point N. 250 ft. & W. 1500 ft. from SE Cor. Sep. 8, T25S, R23E; and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 2.63 acs. in SV4 Sec. 8, & N12 Sec. 17, T25S, R23E. Hereafter, 7.266 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep, at a point N. 2000 ft. E. 1350 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 6, T25S, R23E (Castle Valley); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 3 cattle; and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 for trie irrigation of 2.33 acs. in NV2SWV4 Sec. 6, T25S, R23E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, UT 84114, on or before Feb. 18, 1978.
