W cameron schultz and bernard garr left on no 1 train thursday morning for salt lake city where hey spent christmas day and the following weekend week end they returned to sego sunday evening bupt of his old friends and he intends to open the sego pool hall in the near future vassar was recently released from a hospital in salt lake city where he was receiving treatment for a broken back he was injured in the sego mine last august mr and mrs ivan perry and sons gerald and bobby motored to grand junction last thursday where they spent christmas and the weekend week end returning to sego sunday evening mr and mrs ray ralphs and children motored to ferron last wednesday morning where they are spending the christmas holidays with relatives harry peter and william fish to perron thursday to spend day they returned to sego in time to go to grand with the eagles to lyrton went hunting again fy he was accompanied donzlo and george bever aage he had the usual luck a total blank but it is had the main feature of the evening was a mock trial in which howard meeker was tried tor stealing a turkey it took some time however to select a jury as most of the juryman jurymen were thrown out of court because of misconduct in the court room the judge was joseph prosecuting attorney jos dubois and the lawyer tor mr meeker was L H redmond the jury brought in a verdict of not guilty on wednesday evening of last week the school children under the direction of mrs carrie kimrey gave their christmas entertainment the program consisted of recitations songs and several one act christmas plays each child did very well and special praise should be given mrs kimrey on the way each one had been trained to do his or her part music tor the singing was played by mrs M E peterson L H left monday for
