Show Pre nuptial open house honors Ann Palfreyman at Jordan home centerpiece was made of white stock, pink carnations and yellow yel-low rose buds. Standing in the center of the floral arrangement arrange-ment was a ceramic bride figurine fig-urine holding a ribbon which directed the guests eyes to a placard naming the wedding c'.ate, June 6. Mrs. Russell Blackett, aunt of the bride, presided at the serving table. Miss Berniece Palfreyman, aunt from Salt Lake City, was hostess for the serving. She was assisted by Mrs. Marvin Jensen, Mrs. John Smith, Mrs. James Roderick, Janiel Palfreyman and Jane Blackett, cousins of the bride and Kathy Peay, sister of the groom. Guests then were directed into the spacious garden where tables were arranged and visiting vis-iting was enjoyed. A lovely pre-nuptial event was the open house given Saturday Sat-urday afternoon by Mrs. Harold Har-old Jordan at her beautiful home on Canyon Drive. Honored Honor-ed guest was Ann Palfreyman who is to be married next month to Phillip Peay. Guests were greeted at the door by the hostess, Mrs. Jordan. Jor-dan. Mrs. Grant Palfreyman, Mrs. O. J. Peay, mother of the groom, and the bride to be, visited vis-ited with the guests. A preview of the bridal attire at-tire to be worn at the wedding reception, honoring the couple, at a later date, added interest to the occasion. Miss Palfreyman was charming charm-ing in a dress of shocking pink crystalline. She wore a white orchid surrounded by white baby rose buds. Approximately one hundred and fifty relatives and friends attended the function, and were served delicious refreshments from a beautifully decorated serving area. The table was covered with a delicate sheer cloth underlaid with pink. The |
