Yoiing Couple Takes Wedding Vows' In Community Church Rites Tuesday Wedding bells rang at the Presbyterian Community cnurch on Tuesday evening of last week, marking the marriage mar-riage of Miss Norma Jean Storey and Leland Sorenson of Orem. It was the first formal wedding in many years at the church, which was specially decorated for the occasion by the ladies of the Kensington club. The nuptials were performed per-formed by Rev. McCave of Salt Lake City as the couple stood before a flower banked pulpit. Tall burning tapers on either side and lighted candles in the church windows cast a soft light over the entire scene. A profusion of summer flowers was arranged throughout. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Storey, was charming in a wedding gown of white slipper satin. Her veil, finger-tip length, fell from a crown of seed pearls and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses and gardenias. garden-ias. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Mrs. Eth,el Aldred, while Margene Porter, Janet Norton, Alice Gustin, Dorothv Pennington, Helen Storey and Sally Duncan were bridesmaids. They were all in pastel formals and carried bouquets of pink and white daisies. Little Lois Gene Sorenson Soren-son attried in a blue formal, was flower girl. The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mads Sorenson of Orem, had his brother Ralph, as best man. Acting as ushers at the wedding were, Marvin Larsen, Richard G. Thayne, Roland Johnson, Raymon Jellison, Jay Willis and Alma Wilson. For her daughters wedding, Mrs. Storey chose an afternoon after-noon dress of pink and white and Mrs. Sorenson wore an orchid shade. Their corsages were of red and white roses and gardenia. The wedding march was rendered by Mrs. EInore Moss and Mrs. Kay Eldrigde sang, Because, accompanied by Mrs. Moss. Afier the wedding, members of the-party and the immediate im-mediate families were entertained at the Storey home at an informal reception.
