Show funeral Services Friday, 2 P. M. For Frank Banks Funeral services for Frank Binks, 60, World War I veteran, who died Sunday at a hospital in Fort Lyons, Colo., will be conducted con-ducted Friday at 2 p.m., in the Third-Ninth ward chapel with Bishop Wilford W. Clyde of the Ninth ward officiating. Friends may call at the home of a sister, Mae Binks, First South, 4th West, before the services. Burial will be in the Evergreen: cemetery, under direction of A. Y. Wheeler and son mortuary. Mr. Binks was born in Springville, Spring-ville, May 10, 1889, a son-of the early pioneers Thomas and Ann Bramall Binks. He lived here most of his life attending schools in Springville. He enlisted for service in World War I and served overseas. over-seas. He married LaRie Scott October 27, 1926 and she survives him, residing re-siding at Provo. There are also two brothers and two sisters, Miss Mae Binks, Mrs. Emma Rowland and Charles Binks, Springville; John Binks, Salt Lake City. |
