Mother Of Local People Dies In SaSt Lake Hospital Funeral services were conducted in Salt Lake City on Monday of this week for Mrs. Annie L. Jaynes, 67, mother of Mrs. Emily Miner and Guy Jaynes of Springville. Spring-ville. Mrs. Jaynes passed away on Thursday of last week at a Salt Lake City hospital, following a short illness. She had spent most of her life in Kansas, moving to Salt Lake City with her husband about 13 years ago. They were converts to the LDS church. She was the mother of 12 sons and daughters. Mr. Jaynes died in 1942. x Surviving in addition to the son and daughters in Springville are eght other children. One son lost his life in World War II in 1942 aind another was fatally injured in an automobile accident several years ago.
