Show N. C. BARTLETT DIES SUDDENLY Nathan Colombus Bartlett, 77, of this city, died at 11 p. m. Monday, Mon-day, following a short illness of pneumonia, at the family residence, 726 East Center street. Mr. Bartlett was born in Livingstone, Living-stone, Tennessee, December 26, 1858, a son of Josahua and Nancy Davis Bartlett. He married Ma-lendie Ma-lendie Johnson, in Livingston, Tenn., August 27, 1882. The family fam-ily came here from Lewisville, Idaho, five years ago. Mr. Bartlett Bart-lett was a devout member of the Christian Science church. Surviving, besides his widow, are five sons and daughters, Mrs. Mary Jackson, Edward Bartlett, Springville; Spring-ville; Mrs. Roxie Norris, Ladonia. Texas; Ira Bartlett, Salt Lake City; Henry Bartlett, Pocatello, Ida.; 26 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; seven brothers and sisters, Francis Bartlett, Mrs. Ettie Boatman, Burley, Ida.; Sylvonas Bartlett, American Fork; Millas Bartlett, Mrs. Arizona Danner, Twin Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Armintis Willmoth, Livingstone, Tenn.; Mrs. Ardilla Webb, Junction, Ore. Funeral services arc scheduled to be held at the Desert Mortuary, Provo, Saturday at 2 p. m., With the Christian Science church in charge. Interment will be in the Evergreen cemetery. |
