Ochs. publisher of the New York Times and the Chattanooga Times'. They bespoke the wide range of the influence and personality of the man who helped change the course of American journalism, who rose from printer's devil to ! become one of the world's greatest publishers. Och's body will lie in state this j afternoon at the .Julius and Bertha Ochs Memorial temple, which he built in memory of his parents. Funeral services will be held there tomorrow morning. Then the body will be sent to : New York where services will be held at Temple Emanuel, Friday. He died yesterday of cerebral hemorrhage at the ago of 77. in apparent good health, he had come here, the scene of his early journalistic journ-alistic triumphs befort he acquired the New York Times and made it i one of the influential and powerful newspapers of the world, for a 1 visit several days ago.
