Show NOW THREE-YEARS OLD Teddy Thomas III was host Monday, Oct. 22 in celebration of his 5th birthday anniversary. Halloween Hal-loween decorations and games lent gaiety to the occasion at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Thomas Jr. A huge birthday cake and refreshments were served to the following guests: Shauna Lid-dell, Lid-dell, Randy Nielsen, Marc Dean, Kathy Hardinger, Kent Nielsen, Sherry Dean, Kathleen Cooper, Cindy Lou Thomas and Jen Ann Cooper. The young host was the recipient of many nice gifts presented pre-sented by his little guests. Assisting Assist-ing Mrs. Thomas was Teddy's paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ted Thomas Sr. Mr. and Mrs. P. E. Church were among the lucky deer hunters, returning Monday from Greens Lake with a 200 lb. deer, bagged by Mr. Church. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Mieure and family arrived last week from 111. to spend a week visiting at the home of Mrs. Mieure's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gingell. Mrs. Mieure is the former Marjorie Gingell. Mrs. Homer Robinson entertained entertain-ed at a dessert luncheon Friday afternoon. Her guest list included Mrs. Floyd Lamb, Mrs. Bliss Lott, Miss Alice Todd, Mrs. Wesley Jenson, Mrs. P. E. Church, Mrs. Rex Lamb, Mrs. James Dalgleish, Mrs. H. K. Palmer, Mrs. R. H. Burdick Bur-dick and Mrs. M. L. Duncan, who enjoyed an afternoon of bridge with high score prize awarded to Miss Todd. Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Duncan left Friday evening for Missoula, Mont, called there by the illness of his sister. The Duncans have been making their home in Myton during dur-ing the past month, while Mr. Duncan has been in charge of the construction of the radio beam station on South Myton Bench. Mr. and Mrs. Del Combs of Sun Valley, Calif, arrived Wednesday fora short visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Dalgleish. They left Saturday, accompanied by Mrs. Dalgleish, to spend a day in Orem with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hart, parents of Mrs. Dalgleish and aunt and uncle of Mrs. Combs. The Combs' made their home in Duchesne and Talmage for several years and while here visited friends in that district. Mrs. Dalgleish returned re-turned to Myton Saturday while Mr. and Mrs. Combs started their homeward journey to Calif, leaving leav-ing their daughter-in-law, Mrs. Gary Combs in Duchesne for a longer visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jordan. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Burgess and daughters, Sally, Inez and Betty spent the weekend at their Myton home, coming from Salt Lake City to prepare their house for the occupancy of Bishop and Mrs. Clark Roberts and family who expect ex-pect to move there from their ranch home in Pleasant Valley, next week. (Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Leigh and family arrived Friday from Salt Lake City for a short visit at the ranch home of Mrs. Leigh's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Dart. Mrs. R. H. Burdick who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Bliss Lott, during the past two months left Monday for her home in Ft. Meyers, Florida. |
