Show Puneral Rites for Frank F. felson Held Wednesday, Funeral services were held Wednesday Wed-nesday at 1 p.m. in the Olpin-Sundbcrg Olpin-Sundbcrg Mortuary for Frank F. Nelson, Pleasant Grove. Ray Mills of the Grove Ward bishopric was in charge of the services. Opening prayer was given by Cscar Evans. Speakers who paid tribute to Mr. Nelson were Mr. Mills, Clyde Gam-ett, Gam-ett, and Junius A. West. Warren Kirk, accompanied by Mrs. Kirk sang two numbers, "In the Garden" and "Going Home." The closing prayer was given by I,ewis E. Olpin and dedication of the grave in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery was performed by Thomas Lars-en, member of the bishopric. Pallbearers were Ben Adams, Earl Loader, Nat Loader, Howard Nelson, Keith Nelson, and Will Loader. Flowers were cared for and arranged by the Grove Ward Relief Re-lief Society. Mr. Nelson, 75, died a.t his home here Saturday night after a long illness. He was born Feb. 9, 1883 in Pleasant Grove to Ferdinand and Mary Mayhew Nelson. He married' r.ertha Loader Dec. 6, 1905 in Provo. Pro-vo. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints. He worked for the Utah Power and Light Co. and Sears-Roebuck. Survivors include his widiw, a son, DelMar, Provo. two daughters. daugh-ters. Mrs. Daniel M. (Berniece) Smith, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ronald Ron-ald D. (Helen) Hall, Long Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a brother, Raymond, Pleasant Grove. |
