Show o Last Rites For William E. Jones Conducted Here Funeral services for William E. Jones, 4G, who was killed in a railway rail-way accident June 2 at Fallon, Nevada, Ne-vada, were held at the Anderson Brothers Mortuary, Sunday, June 9, with Bishop Joseph H. Storrs presiding. pre-siding. The opening song was a duet, "In the Garden", by Mrs. LaRue Morton and Kenneth Robinson, and the opening prayer was offered by Thomas S. Friday. Leland F. Friday Fri-day played a violin selection. Speakers were Stanley Peters and Bishop Storrs. The closing song was a solo, "I'm a Pilgrim", by Rulon Nicholes. The benediction was pronounced pro-nounced by William Chipman, and L. S. Harrington dedicated the grave. Mr. Jones was a brother of Mrs. Leonard Harrington. Surviving are three daughters and one son, Mrs. Winona Riley of Los Angeles, Wllma Mae, Gerda and Edward Jones, of Colusa, California; his mother, Mrs. Gerda Jones of Sandy, one brother, George E. Jones of Provo, and his sister, Mrs. Harrington. |
