Show 0 Mary Clark Called by Death Mrs. Mary Matilda Clark, 65, wife of Seth Clark of this city was buried bur-ied Wednesday after funeral services serv-ices held in the Fourth ward chapel. Mrs. Clark died at her home Sunday following a long illness. Born February 12, 1871, at Mont-pellier, Mont-pellier, Idaho, she was a daughter of Robert and Matilda Johnson Sm&h. The Clark family came to American Fork eight years ago and have made their home in the Fourth ward since that time. Surviving are her husband, five sons and daughters, Mrs. Violet Bowden and Carlos Clark, Myton; and Mrs. Millie Valarida, American Fork; two sisters, Mrs. Matilda Ure and. Mrs. Millie Wheeler, California. Bishop John Pulley was in charge of the services which' were largely attended by relatives and friends of the Clark family. Kenneth Robinson Robin-son sang the opening number, "Prayer Perfect." Prayer was offered of-fered by Benjamin Conder. The opening remarks were made by Johnathan Steggle followed 'by a duet, "When The Mists Have Cleared Away," by Mrs. Ora Chip-man Chip-man and Kenneth Robinson. Remarks Re-marks were made by Ben Clark. Mrs. Ann . Hansen played an organ or-gan solo, "Oh My Father." Bishop Pulley made the closing remarks and Mrs. Chipman sang "Lead Me All The Way." The benediction was pronounced by Roy Clements. ' Interment was made in the city cemetery, where the grave was dedicated ded-icated by Warren F. Anderson. |
