Show Funeral Rites tor Margaret Madsen Held on Tuesday Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 17, 1974 for Margaret Mar-garet Louise Asay Madsen, 46, who died Dec. 12, in the Utah Valley Hospital. The services were held in the St. Francis Catholic Church, Provo, at 10 a.m. Mrs. Madsen was born Mar. 27, 1928 in Lovell, Wyoming to John and Evelyn O'Donnell Asay. She married Earl Morton in 1948, later divorced. She married Richard Madsen, Mar. 14, 1952, and later divorced. She was a member of the Catholic Cath-olic Church. She received her education in Lovell, and made her home there after her first marriage. She moved to Provo in 1948. She moved to Pleasant Grove in 1969. She was employed at Farmer's Korner. Survivors include four sons, Stephen E. Madsen, American Fork; Richard K. Madsen, serving ser-ving with the U.S. Army in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Dirk K. Madsen and Matthew L. Madsen, both of Pleasant Grove. Three daughters, Pamela Pam-ela A. Madsen, Laura M. Madsen, Mad-sen, Valerie Jean Madsen, all of Pleasant Grove. One grandchild; grand-child; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Asay of Lovell, Wyoming. Wyom-ing. Five Brothers, Jack, Anaconda, Ana-conda, Montana; Tom, Forsyth, Montana; Ken, Riverton, Wyo.; Jerry, Cody, Wyoming; Ron, Phoenix, Arizona. Three sisters Mrs. Al (Betty) Dekemper, Las Vegas; Mrs. Harry (Evelyn) Stassinos, Rock Springs, Wyo; and Mrs. Greg (Carol) Gibson, Kalispell, Montana. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. |
