The CONTRACTOR shall schedule delivery of this equipment, receive, unload, store, protect and install this equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall remove the screenings conveyor at the Silver Creek WWTP, fabricate and install stainless steel, chutes to transition from the screens to the compactor units, fabricate and install chutes to transition from the compactor units to the existing dumpsters, provide and install electrical start and control equipment in a contractor furnished electrical panel at the Silver Creek WWTP. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment material and labor to complete this project in accordance with the Contract Documents. SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is located at the existing Silver Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant which is located at 7155 North 1540 East, Park City, Utah 84060 and the East Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 3060 West Rasmussen Road, Park City, Utah 84060. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed within 30 successive days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
