Show Memorial Rites Are Held for Missing Couple Joint memorial services were held Monday at Mt. Olympus Olym-pus First Ward, 4625 Lanark Road (4600 S. 3200 East) for Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Richards Silver, who have been missing in an airplane since June 22. Lynn RichardsSilver,49, was born Dec. 7, 1923, in Salt Lake City, to Clarence W. and Mamie Richards Silver. Marries Earl-ene Earl-ene Palfreyman, Nov. 22, 1950, in the Salt Lake Temple. She died Oct. 20, 1968. Married Marilyn Hull Vest, June 3,1971. Mr. Silver was a graduate of the University of Utah; served serv-ed in the UJS. Navy W.W. II; former president, Town House Athletic Club; member Salt Lake Rotary Club; member of . Airline Operators and Pilots Assn.; member Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce; active in the LDS Church; president and general manager of C. W. Silver Co., Inc.; Salt Lake City. Survivors: daughter, son; Connie; Ann; Lynn Jr.; stepchildren, stepchil-dren, Julie; Douglas; Danny; mother. Marilyn Vest Silver, 33, was born Mar. 28, 1939, in Ogden, to William S. and Dixie Mc-Keever Mc-Keever Hull. Married Robert Vest, 1958. Divorced. Married Lynn R. Silver June 3, 1971. Mrs. Silver was a member of the LDS Church; MIA teacher; teach-er; formerly employed by Certified Cer-tified Industrial Sales Co. Survivors: children listed above; parents, Salt Lake City; sister, Mrs. Melvin (Linda) Phillips. Sandy; brother, Stephen Steph-en R. Hull, Salt Lake City. The couple owned a home on Norfolk Avenue in Park City and used it as a winter and summer vacation spot. |
