Two new ski runs have been added and extensive mountain grooming plus additional accommodations, new ski and apres-ski programs are awaiting the Skiers at the resort. Many (lew Features Being Readied for Greater Park Skiers this Year A new high-capacity double chairlift, two new ski runs and extensive mountain grooming, additional accommodations and new ski and apres-ski programs await the Park City skier for the 72-73 season. The addition of a double chairlift for the coming season brings the Resort's total number num-ber of high-capacity lifts to eight, including WesternAmer-ica's WesternAmer-ica's longest four-passenger gondola, for a lift capacity in excess of 8,000 skiers per hour. Named 'First Time", the new lift is for beginning skiers. It has a vertical rise of 205 ft. from its 1500 ft. length, serves beginning and intermediate runs and provides access between accommodations and the Resort Center. Two new runs, both rated "Most Difficult," have been constructed con-structed for the 72-73 season bringing the Resort's total number of runs to 40. In ad dition, three short access trails have been constructed to link some of the existing ski runs. Several runs have been extensively exten-sively groomed for the new season. Under construction for completion com-pletion before and during the 72-73 ski season are 200 com-dominium com-dominium units near the base of Park City Resort's Three Kings double chairlift. Park City's total number of guest accommodations will also be increased markedly for the 72-73 ski season with the completion com-pletion of several chalets, homes, apartments and a lodge in the town of Park City. Park City Resort will also have expanded ski school, ticket sales, parking and food service operations for the coming season. sea-son.
