He also testified that he had taken the Phoenix- Utility company entries on the portions of the property it constructed con-structed under contract with the Utah Power &. Light. These totaled something some-thing like $14,000,000. Mr. Lucas endeavored en-deavored to show. Combining these two amounts, Mr. Lucas pointed out that they totaled $35,000,000 in entries of the total of $41,000,000 on which the power company seeks a return. |
