MI1-ner, MI1-ner, one of the pioneers of this county, coun-ty, died here this morning at 10 o'clock of old age and general debility. debil-ity. He was In his SL'nd year A native na-tive of England, he came to Utah in 1S50, settling In Provo. where he had lived the greater part of the time since. He taught the first school in Provo, and for n numbor of years was internal reenue collector for the government, nftorwards serving in tho territorial legislature one term.
