Show Relief for suffering I Weather Man Predicts a Cool Wave in the East Washington, July 5. Refreshing westerly breezes sweeping along the Atlantic coast today brought some relief re-lief to the hot wave of tho eastern section of the country, though the government gov-ernment weather experts say thero is no appreciable change in registered temperatures. Cooler weather tomorrow is promised prom-ised for Chicago and the Middle West region, where today smarted with the mercury even higher than it was at the same time yesterday Breaks in the torrid spell are being reported, the extreme Northwest having a change to considerably cooler wenther with temperature dropping below the seasonable average. The weather bureau bu-reau predicts that the change to cooler cool-er weather will spread over the middle and north plains states and the upper Mississippi valley, within the next 36 to 48 hours, bringing material and much needed relief. Indications are that it will be generally fair today and tomorrow, though local thunder show-ers show-ers continue in the lower Mississippi and Ohio valleys and at various points along the Canadian border.
