Show BIRTHDAY PARTY. One of the merriest and prettiest parties given In tho city wan thru given yesterday In honor of thp slxtti birthday of little George Washington Carver, the bright, merry little son I of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Carver, at thelr pleasart home, 641 Twenty-second street. The little guents gathered at the Carver home at 2 o'clock, where thr-y formed a parade with little George Washington Carver at the head, carrying carry-ing a large Hag and followed by I l-i gueRls, each carrying a umaller fia and a hotchet. After parading the principal streets of the city and bcln-; cheered aud ailmlred by all wlio sv.v thern they returned to the home of their patriotic little host, where a. sumptuous banquet awaited Hitii. The house was artistically decor.it) il with the national cokus nd the dining din-ing table gay with cut flowers, and the red, white, and blue, loaded wish all the delectable vlanria of the sei-son sei-son and encircle J by the sweet faces of twenty or more little guest h, presented pre-sented a truly beautiful Koene. Games, little fpeeches and a general gen-eral good time were Indulged throughout through-out tho afternoon, until the hour arrived ar-rived for the merrymaker to diaper")', carrying with them the never-to-be-forgotten memory of a real George Washington birthday prrty, a cuivenlr luitehet and an American flag.
