Show OPEN HOUSE HELD FOR HELEN WMS The family of Mrs. Helen Tim-mons Tim-mons encertalneri at open house Sunday honoring the 74th birthday birth-day . anniversary of their . mother, Mrs. Helen Timmons. In the receiving re-ceiving line were her daughters, Mrs. Annie Hendricks. Mrs. Skid-more, Skid-more, and Mrs. Mont Timmons of Salt Lake City. The tea table covered with a lace cloth and centered with a bowl of roses. Grand daughters assisted in serving. serv-ing. About 125 guests called during dur-ing the afternoon. Mrs. Timmons received many beautiful gifts and cards from her many friends, Mrs. Timmons was born in Smihfield on June 29, 1867, a daughter of Robert and Annie Brighton Thornley. On June 24, 1891, she married William James Timmons in the Logan temple. Her husband died 20 years ago. She has spent most of her life in Smilhfield where she has been active in church and civic affairs. af-fairs. Mrs. Timmins has five children: W. Mont Timmins and Robert Timmins of Salt Lake City, Joseph Jo-seph Timmins of Smithfieid, Mrs. Helen Skidmore and Mi's. Annie j Hendricks of Richmond. She also has 18 grandchildren. |
