Show Tin: CIRLS KEEP CLEAN It is said that women and girls can engage in all sorts of dirty work, and yet not injure the beauty of their hands and faces, also that when they go home and doll up again they look just as beautiful as ever. While if a man even looks at an automobile he gets dirt and grease over his garments, and his hands are permanetly grimy with stain and oil. T.ack in the old Indian days the squaws were probably prob-ably as dirty as the men. In civilized life, women always had an antipathy to dirt. The vigor with which they agitate cleaner, broom, mop, and duster is a continuous and eternal warfare against the enemy. The men may be careless about dirt themselves, but they know the difference between a clean lady and the one who isn't. |
