Show Nebeker Named Head of Farm Defense WASHINGTON Sidney J. Nebeker Nebe-ker of Laketown, Utah and Mil-ford Mil-ford J. Vaught of Boise, Idaho, have been appointed chairmen of their respective state farm defense de-fense boards by Secretary of Agriculture Agri-culture Wickard. In announcing the creation of the farm boards, Wickard said, their programs would be arranged to help with the administration of crop supply adjustments to special needs of the national emergency. Local branches of the boards are to be established in every agricultural agricul-tural county. Also on boards will be representatives represen-tatives of agencies of the Agriculture Agri-culture Department, Including the Agricultural Adjustment Administration, Adminis-tration, the Bureau of Agricultural Economics, the Farm Security Administration, Ad-ministration, the Soil Conservation Service, the Farm Credit Administration, Admin-istration, Agricultural Marketing Service, the Forest SSrvlce, Rural Electrification Administration and the Federal State Cooperative Extension Ex-tension Service. |
