Show DEMOCRATS HOLD CAUCUS At a caucus held Thursday evening even-ing by the local Democrats at the Library building nineteen delegates were selected to attend the County Convention which will probably be held at Mantl next Monday. It was intended to hold the convention at Ephraim, but the Spanish Influenza is reported there and now the convention con-vention will likely be held at Manti. The delegates chosen were C. T. Drage, C. W. Burquist, Amasa Al-drich, Al-drich, R. H. Hinckley, Parley Hansen, E. C. Freston, Lawrence Winters, Burke McArthur, Rasmus Monson, L. P. Nelson, R. B. Norton, Wm. H. Soely, John T. Cliff, Nelson W. Anderson, Ander-son, Chas. Truscott, M. H. Halstrom, Wilford Hafen, Frank Carlston, an! Ole Hansen. The alternates were J. W. Larsen, Will C. Anderson, J. W. Anderson, Olof J. Sorensen, J. D. Simpson, Clair Jacojisen, Bruce Seely, Lauritz Larsen, and Dr. W. P. Winters. The local Democrats are going to support R. H. Hinckley, son-in-law of Senator John H. Seely, for Representative Repre-sentative for the State Legislature. Mr. Hinckley will be a good Legislator Legisla-tor if elected to this office. |
